Device Insurance will be offered for a one week window following the first day of school on August 5, 2026. The cost is $35.00. per student.
If purchasing online using my school bucks, you must print and complete the form and circle online payment at the bottom of the form.
If purchasing and paying by cash, check or money order your form must be attached with your payment and returned to your child's school.

Families of brand new kindergarten students, you will not be able to use the online payment method as your student is not in the system yet. This will happen at a later date, but not within the time frame that device insurance is offered. Families that have a my school bucks account will choose the device insurance option.
The deadline to purchase is Wednesday August 19, 2026
For families that have paid online please remember you must also complete the form and send it in to the LPS front office.
